I'm stuck in the late twenties now...I keep fluctuating between 129-128...been going on for 2 weeks or so... !!
Any suggestions on how people spice up their routines at the gym? (Nothing too drastic though)
Like I've said in other threads - I normally do
HIIT(4mph - 9.0 mph) + Full body workout(weight/strength training) & Light Cardio on alternate days of the week 5 times a day..
I change my full body workout exercises all the time..and I recently tried to add incline on the treadmill during my HIIT.. My legs hurt like crazy after...!
My calorie intake is the same too. (I'm consuming 1200 Cals or less)
Please let me know if there are ANY ways to beat my plateau!
