Planter facia... can't prononce the rest...

holy does it ever hurts... what can you do for this!

A few years ago i went to physio for a back injury thorn ligament in my lower back ... when i was there the guy was checking feet too i think that its because i told him than sometime l feel like my calf are numbs... so he press into my hill and my god i hit the celing... that hurts...

Now its worst... would gain weight even like a 10 bls could affect that!!!

I there any ways i can get rid of this...

When i get home from work and go and sat for a bit i have a hard time walking after that... even in the morning when i get up i had this... why the heck i am stuck with this stupid thing...

Haven't had it myself, but have family members who have dealt with it:

1. Get a good pair of shoes. Something with good arch support. Or perhaps get some good orthotics. Having good support for your feet is essential when dealing with plantar fasciitis. Put function over form here when choosing shoes - trust me on this.

2. Part of the prescription, in some cases, is some stretching exercises. I'd suggest talking to your doctor(or appropriate specialist) about the appropriate exercises. I'm don't know nearly enough about the exercises to explain them, though.

3. Anti-inflammatories can help as well, since inflammation can be a big part of what causes the pain.

I know the above are common treatments, but I'd strongly recommend seeing either your physician or someone who specializes in treating this sort of condition in order to have an approach that is personalized to your particular situation.

Ouch - I have this mildly. The falling arch. Caused by bad shoes, not appropriate foot support etc. If ignored, it can get worse obviously and can prevent you from exercising.

To help, get a golf ball and roll it under your heel for 5-10 min a day. Go to a podiatrist and you might need orthodics for your shoes, or you migh even get the shoes made. Good luck and I hope the pain lessens

A simple aid that can help is to foam roll your calves and peroneals. This injury is usually the result of imbalances between antagonist and agonist muscles. Also, improper footwear, running technique and the such are also culprits. For info on foam rolling you can look up my thread on the subject to get all the details necessary.
