Planning on losing weight...

Hey everyone this is my first post on here and I figured I would make it my most important. I am 19 years old, turning 20 in a few months, and I weight between 240-250 pounds. I am big but most people are surprised when I tell them my weight range, they usually think I weigh around 220. In any case, I need to lose weight. I have access to a treadmill almost 5 times a week (I hate running on the street) and rather limited access to weights. I want to get down into at least the 180-190 range by June or July if that is possible. Any ideas? I know I would have to work on nutrition as well.
 
i think exercising is not enough. it just makes your muscles bigger, but to burn your fat you need to cut down on food. just eat what you used to but half a portion.
