Sport Planning for food

Hi guys,,,
I have seen plenty of people especially the house wives spending plenty of time planning for there next meal.Who often do you people plan?I was just wondering, I spent plenty of time a day to decide what i'll be making for my next meal. The reason is not that I am hungry but its just almost entertaining to think up new low carb meals.
 
We like to plan ahead on what we're eating only because it solves the following problems:

- It allows us to think about what meals to have without hunger being a factor
- It gives us a good idea of balancing nutrition throughout the day
- It allows us to see the total food cost per week

I'll admit, there are times when we have items to eat and we spontaneously change it due to desire to eat a certain type of meal.

But I'm like you though, my number one reason is because I like food so much, it's fun to plan ahead and think creatively about what I'll be enjoying soon :)
 
Personally i like to think up creative healthy dishes and i find it fun. But generally my breakfast and lunch are the same almost every day (i switch it up every sowhile though) but for dinner i just find it fun to think about all the possibilities.
 
All of our meals are planned a week in advance. Makes grocery shopping so much easier and makes the week less stressful.
