Plan me an ab workout?

Anyone want to plan me an ab workout?

I am home for the summer (from college) and took the college gym forgranted. Yeah, I used it just about every day of the week, but am missing the ab machines and other things i used to keep the abs in shape.

In particular, I need to work on the bottom part of my stomach, but am looking for a full on 20 minute solid ab workout to do 3 times a week.

Anyone got any killer excersises they want to share?

Abs are made in the kitchen. The only ab exercise I ever do is weighted crunches, and I can get abs easily if my diet is on key. You can't isolate upper or lower abs btw..
