Apologies for the diary name... I wanted to be silly with it. ha ha ha :blush5:

I thought it was best that I started a diary so I could keep up to date with my new plan and the potential new meeeeeeee!

okay lets start with the goals...

at the moment i'm aiming to loose at least a stone by this time next month... so 6th sept.

My sister has also challenged me to try and swim at least 1/2 mile each day (a neighbour has a pool that i can use when ever i like) which so far ive managed to do 3 days running. However today i might give it a miss as feeling very shaky. (Darn being a woman!)

Ive realised that I don't drink nearly enough water so I'm also going to try and drink at least 2lts per day. I drink a lot of tea... I'm guessing thats not good for me.

0kay so the past couple of days haven't been so bad. I just had a healthy lunch of cooked meats and salad so am feeling pretty good about myself.

Didn't manage to do my half a mile yesterday or the day before as my stomach cramps were almost unberable but i did manage to go for a 30min walk yesterday to make up for it.

So far ive drunk 1lt of water a day... yey!
 
Swimming at the moment is pretty much the only exercise I feel up for doing... Although saying that ive just joined a local gym called Gymophobics... its a ladies only gym and its like a circuit of half an hour... lifting weights etc. Seeing as i hate going to the gym i thought it might be worth giving it a go.

My exercise regime seems to have slowly vanished a little but im planning on picking it up again... luckily i haven't been binging on food so haven't put on any weight... just haven't lost any either.
