I drop my exercise during my periods,as I don't feel good,stay at home,and then continue with my exercise after my periods,this is a rough time for me mentally as I have to stop my exercise ........I know its but natural,I would like women to share their thoughts on this, how do they cope during their period, mentally and emotionally.......Please do share your thoughts....esp.women who have sucessfully lost weight....I have a lot of food cravings also during this time......
