I made my own tomato salsa last night with chicken for dinner last night so i'm going to give this one a try tonight.

Sure, it's not my own but i added a few extras.

* 3 tomatoes, chopped
* 1/2 cup finely diced onion
* 5 chiles, finely chopped
* 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 teaspoons lime juice

I also added 3 cloves of garlic, 1 green and 1 red capsicum, olive oil and a ton of pepper.

substitute the pinapple with mango, peaches, strawberries or a combination - really any fruit will do and it's great on grilled chicken,turkey, pork tenderloin or fish...

I agree - i think this salsa would be great with Mango!! I will probably give it a try next week with a new fruit.

Sounds good, thanks for sharing.
