Pimm's pre-holiday goals

I've been working on losing this weight pretty much my whole life to be honest. This week I'm trying out being on here to see if peer support helps me with things. I've not been doing too badly except as it was my birthday today I went on a pretty crazy sugar binge,sugar being my biggest weakness. I think the smallest I've been was 135 lbs,my goal now is 120 lbs though I don't know how I'll look at 125 so it may be revised when I get there. I want to lose this weight in six months,in time for my trip back to England. When I'm not feeling motivated to exercise I usually pop on an episode of something and go for a run on the treadmill,so as far as that goes I've just got to decide which programs I've not watched to death and go for it. Though I don't think I'm an emotional eater I'm not sure what the root of my sugar weakness is and am looking into doing a candida cleanse and seeing if that takes care of some of it. Also I think a food journal would be a good way of keeping track,I'm sure lots of you keep those sort of journals as well,it helps to reflect on what you've been eating during the day I think to stop any unconscious sabotage.
