That's pretty impressive... but I wouldn't go as far as saying not to use any images as an ideal "because nobody actually looks like that"

There are plenty of thin people walking around, who really do look like that.

I know a photographer that recently created a portfolio for a woman who ended posing for a very popular men's magazine

She had just had a child a few months prior and then a right before the shoot, a breast augmentation.

In the "before" PhotoShop shots, abdominal stretch marks and lop-sidedness of breasts (common soon after the procedure) were very evident.

In her edited "after" photos she looked just as one would expect any centerfold model to look...damn near flawless.
