Have been successfully losing weight since begining of year, but need something to jump start me!!
I have been noticing I am becoming alittle comfortable with this and that. Sound familiar? "I have done so good, I can let up alittle here and there"

I am starting Phase 1 of South Beach tomorrow. This phase last 2 weeks, and claims that belly fat goes first!
Has anyone else been in phase 1 lately? If so, how much was your weight loss in the first 2 weeks?
