AHi all

I'm on a high protein low cal eating plan. I go gym two or three times a week and walk avg 7 miles a day. What u call fat but fit.
Being short means 1200-1600 daily cal intake to maintain. To lose 1lb a week means less 500 cals daily in food or exercise. I put weight on at 1500 so I know I have to eat less or exercise more. I find it very difficult.
I eat for nutrition. If I fancy something I ask is it worth it.

So far in a year I have been size 18 to size 14. 12 and half stone to 11 stone.

My goal is a normal bmi of 25. Size 12. 8 half stone (classed as normal for my height)
Hip 42" waist 32 at the moment would like under 30 waist

Last time I was a size 14 was 16 years ago!

I would like to support others and in turn gain encouragement as I find I'm constantly battling my thoughts and my weight goes up and down. I'm addicted to food and an emotional eater. I hate what food does to me yet I love the taste?

With help I think I can do this and be fit at 40 (march 2013)

Hi sounds like you have a good start! I haven't been in here for a long time but thought I would come back and look around myself. I have about 16 pounds to lose.
