Have you tried doing a search on the net. It comes up with loads of trainers. Why don't you give a few of these a call. When I lived in London I did personal training with a company called MotivatePT and they were good. I didn't know they covered Birmingham too but they seem to show there as well so you could try them. Their site is - I don't know how much they charge any more. Otherwise you could do a quick search for gyms around your area - again there are lots coming up including Virgin, LA Fitness, GymGroup and Ballantynes and they will all have good personal trainers I am sure and may even offer a few introductory sessions with your gym membership for free - try ringing them up to find out what they charge and what they can offer you.
