Personal Introduction and Exercise Routine

Hello everyone, I'm Caribou, I'm 26 years old and located in Southern Ontario Canada.

I need to refine my exercise routine at home and learn about nutrition.

First a bit about myself which you may find interesting: I enjoy cross-country bicycling, being active, beginners yoga, strategy/role-play/simulation/multiplayer/shooting/retro games and video game broadcasting, I have a justin.tv gaming channel which is my new hobby and you can find at twitch.tv/xxjcdentonxx, computer building, glass art, mystery, sci-fi, hi-fi, films, star trek ..these things all inspire me.

My exercise routine starts with rotating my arms, arm stretches across my chest and reaching behind, rotate my hips, elevate my ankles and stretch bending at the waist, then again this time elevating ball of foot instead, hamstring stretch, roll head, stretch neck left, right, down, rotate ankles.. ..this beginning routine used to warm me up, however now I can't seem to find the energy to exercise like I was last year and it just feels like it's a long and arduous routine.

Then I do like 12-20 fighter's pushups(they're new and I haven't figured out how many I can do), followed by 12 diamond pushups, 9 pullups, 6 standing bar bicep curls (20lb each side + bar), 12 diamond pushups, 9 pullups, 6 curls and no more curls after that, another 12 diamond pushups and 9 pullups. Then, about 30 shrugs with the same bar+weight, another 12 diamond pushups, about 12 bar lifts (sometimes 6+6 instead), 12 diamond pushups, 30 stomach crunches, 20 crunches where I put my legs on the bed and reach across my torso to my alternate ankle during the crunch, and finally I use a 5lb weight against my head and do about 10 reps with my neck, once on my left side, then my right, then on laying on my stomach.

Lately I've been dreading the at-home exercise. I feel like I don't have the energy for it. I'm thinking it's a combination of iron and B12 deficiency, bad sleeping, poor diet and psychology. However, I also feel like it's time to refine my routine, improve it.

I know very little about these kinds of exercises, this routine, I just built it up by adding exercises one by one, when I thought I needed them. I'm hoping someone will help me create an improved and more complete, and hopefully less arduous routine.

The second issue I'm currently having is with reading my body's need for nutrients and which ones it needs. Sometimes I feel awful, and I know my body needs something, but I can't tell if it's protein, calories, certain vitamins or what specifically. I'd like to be able to "read" how I feel and tell the different symptoms apart so I know exactly what nutrients I need to eat more of. It's difficult for me to plan out daily meals so I need to be able to make due with what I have and get my body specifically and only what it needs without wasting food. If anyone is good at reading these symptoms myself I hope I can get some tips.

Thanks for reading my introduction
