People Posting Links!

In the last 12 hours, I have seen 3 people posting links in their first posts (i.e. Promo/Spam)

Please Please Please make a rule where you cannot plug ANY site until you reach like 20 posts or something.

And please try warn/ban these spammers. They post nothing else and its annoying!

We do have a no spamming rule and you are to agree to it before signing up for the site. People who are spamming don't care, they just try to get away with it. As a rule,no one really is allowed to post links unless its big popular sites like ebay or sparkpeople, you know?

I posted a couple of links to sites I found very useful, but are strictly non-commercial. I trust that's okay? They aren't for crash diets or anything dangerous.

As long as they are not selling something and annoying than that is fine! We just dont want spam from fake money making fast weightloss gurus!!
