Dear diary,

I have kept my diet for 8 weeks and I did a great job.
I lost a lot of weight....

This 9th week I had many worries about other things and I didn't listen to my diet. I just ate what I want to. Even tea with sugar I could drink a couple.
Before I lost 2.2. lbs a week. In this week I gained 3 lbs. I am glad it' s just 3 lbs compared with the 17 lbs I lost.

I hope to make a new start tomorrow. Just thinking about how much weight I lost these 9 weeks and not the weight I gained.

I know I tried to start my diet journey today again and it didn't work. Yesterday I tried too and I failed. Day before yesterday I tried again. But I failed too.

Now is the time I pick up my journey again. Don't wait longer, Esther!!!
Just do it now or you waist a lot of time again to lose it again!

Since I wrote this here in the forum. My promise to myself is black on white now.
People who read what I just wrote. You guys are my witnesses!
Confront me, ask me.... if I have kept this promise for myself!

ask yourself how you can make today better than yesterday and focus on the positive stuff you have done over the last 8 weeks. Look at the last couple days not as bad but rather as a learning experience. What did you learn about yourself when you didn't listen? How can you make yourself and your health a priority?

Hi Karin,

Thank you for your support. I am doing very these last days.
I think the reason I slipped was also that I didn't take the time to go to the supermarket, so ate everything what was in the house. (noodles, chips and so on.)

I bought some salad, brea and eggs.. so that helped a lot. =]
