I just want to be myself at work but my office mates always make fun of my weight or put me into positions in which I look silly. My mom always buys me skinny men jeans, but I keep telling her that is not me.

Welcome Leonard. I'm sorry to hear about your situation. It can be tough being overweight in society and there's nothing I can say that will help deal with it other than listening to the people that are your true friends. I'm sure your mom only has the best intentions for you ... my mom has always been way off track with that kind of stuff too. While it's completely different, my mom buys toys for my 4 year old son that clearly say 8+ on them ...

Anyway, if you are looking for help in the weight loss battle, you have come to the right place. A good place to start (and an excellent place to receive encouragement), is to start a thread in the diary section. Track your exercise and food intake and get encouragement on things that you can try to help you achieve your goals.
