Pectoral workout routine

Hi guys!

As you know I workout at home and with no special equipment, using what I've got in hand for weights. My pectoral routine is the folowing:

Sundays: benchpress (100 repetitions); dumbbell benchpress (80 repetitions); dumbbell fly (80 repetitions); dumbbell pullover (80 repetitions) and pushups (50-25-25 repetitions = 100 repetitions)

Saturdays: benchpress (100 repetitions); dumbbell benchpress (80 repetitions); dumbbell fly (80 repetitions); dumbbell pullover (80 repetitions) and pushups (50-25-25 repetitions = 100 repetitions)

Fridays: Pushups (50-25-25 repetitions = 100 repetitions)

I wanted to know what do you guys think of my workout routine for pectorals and there is some point where you would change something. I make no rests between the repetitions except with the pushups (50-25-25 reps). If there is some exercise that would help me to improove my workout routine I'd be glad if you pointed.

Thank's in advance!

Try putting a rest day between those workouts!

And, you will find that your chest gets a better workout if you do the flyes first (pre-exhaust) instead of later on. This allows your chest to burn without burning the smaller and weaker triceps.

Other-than-that, it looks fine.
