Pecs or moobs?

I need some help determining how my chest actually looks to other people. I look at it all the time in the mirror and i cant really determine whether i have flab or muscle. I eat relatively healthy most days, not gorging on junk food or drinking sodas. I go to the gym at least four to five days a week, and do alot of different types of workouts. My stomach is kinda flabby, but my chest seems inbetween to me. Please help! Can i post pictures? Im new to this site.
 
Well, if you have a hard time deciding, try flexing the area and see if anything changes position or thickness (chest: tense biceps + curl arms in and observe chest area), the parts that do that are probably muscle, everything else is either bloodstreams or fat.
