(peanut butter + milk + whey powder + creatine) / blender = good or bad?

my friend makes protein shakes using whey powder, milk, and peanut butter in a blender. His shakes taste OK.

he is wondering if it is OK to mix creatine into that? Or does creatine have to be taken with water?
 
as long as you drink the shakes right after making them, its fine to add creatine. creatine isn't very stable and will break down in a shake after some time.

Also, post workout shakes should NOT contain peanut butter...you want zero fat post-workout, since fat slows digestion, and you want the whey protein to absorb as fast as humanly possible.
