I see most people mentioning snacks or small meals throughout the day, so I was just curious, would it be a bad idea to eat those cheese crackers with peanut butter in between as a snack throughout the day?
a lot of people on here recommend "natural" peanut butter but personally i stay away from all peanut. it's high in fat and calories, and you really have to watch your portion control to not overdo it. shame too, as i love the stuff, LOL!
i use whey protein shakes a lot to get a boost in protein, myself.
only buy Natural PB - the only ingredients listed should be peanuts & salt, or just peanuts.
PB (and most nuts) are full of healthy fats that are important for a well-balanced diet for weightloss. As Shimmering said, just be sure to measure your portions as PB is very calorie-dense
