I was talking to someone the other day about plateaus. Then this guy came out of nowhere and said something about after you lose so much weight and it's not coming off anymore, it's called "peaking". Is that the same thing as a plateau minus the not being able to ever lose more?
I know not to believe people with what they say anymore, I just want to know what that would even mean. Someone else I was talking to tried to tell me that even when you're not gaining or losing weight, your weight "shifts" in your body. As in if I had fat arms it could over time just all go down to my thighs and my arms would be smaller.
