pain

i was doing preacher curls yesterday and when i woke up today my arm was killing me..right between my bicep and forarm..when i flex it feels really tight and hurts..what should i do? i really dont feel like taking a week off or anything i start going crazy if i dont lift..
 
it would be nice to know a little more decription, where is it on the arm (IE: where the tendon is next to the joint on the inside, it streatches 2 inches up the forarm and 3 up the bis. the pain is most intense in ----- this area) does it hurt all the time or just when you move it, what kind of pain: throbing, tender, sharp, burning etc.
