Pain in the shoulder joints. Help pls

Hi. Im having a weird pain in my shoulder joints when doing dumbbell bench presses. The pain starts in the beginning but later on it sorta goes away. It doesn't happen in any other excercises but this. Am I doing something wrong? Please help. Im starting to get freaked out doing bench presses.
 
When you lower the dumbbells, where do they hit your chest? Because i remember when i did bench presses i lowered the weights too high, around my upper chest, so my shoulders started to hurt. When i started to lower the weight down around my nipples, my shoulders didn't hurt anymore.
 
could be an impingment! those suck! you need to workout your rotator cups if that is the problem..
 
Hey Biggie, you may be right. When I bench, I lower the weights till they touch my upper chest. That may be what Im doing wrong. Im going to try lowering it around the nipples the next time. Thnx you all!
