So... I've been having a little back pain, knee pain and hip pain...
not really too bad, but it really makes me want to take it easy for the first 10 minutes of exercise, then it goes away....
Do I need to stretch? , cuz I don't... I know... I should.. . but I never really needed to before.
Do I just need to work through this by continuing to exercise?
I think after I exercise more and lose weight, I won't have to worry about this crap ever again.
