Pain from supplement drink XPAND

Im 18 , and I've been taking Xpand (creatine powder) for 2 weeks so far and im been have constant diarrhea, chest pain, losing breath constantly (can't do much cardio as i use to), and i almost pasted out in my aikido class, ive been off of it one day and my chest is still hurting :confused4: .

I've been getting insane results from it but i don't think its worth the internal damage it's having on me giving the factor im still young. I still want to get my creatine in though other than tuna and steak(and thats not much).

Any suggestions? :jumping:
 
I wouldn't use that garbage on a dare. There is a bunch of other crap in there besides creatine. Stick with plain old creatine mono. You'll save a TON of money and still get your creatine fix. Creatine gave me the ****s the first time I used it, but that is because I took too much. 5 grams a day is plenty. All those products with 'creatine shuttles for rapid absorption' are just going to empty your wallet. Want a creatine shuttle? Mix your creatine with grape juice. Done.

No creatine will deliver insane results. It helps a little. The insane results is probalby the placebo effect...mind over matter.
