Some of you may remember my complaint about my shoulder. I have narrowed it down to "Frozen Shoulder" and am seeing a Rheumotologist on Monday.
The pain is intense and it makes me very tired. Frozen Shoulder causes a lot of pain and is an inflamation in the joint. This causes fatigue.
I get up to work out but have trouble, and have trouble during the day.
The 'cure' for this is Physical Therapy and other managment tools. But I am having trouble losing weight because of the fatigue and I can't really lift weights the way I usually do.
Arm excersises are so difficult. I'm afraid my right arm will be more built than my left because I can barley move it. And they say movement is the best thing to help it from freezing more.
Even leg excersises are hard with weights because you have to use your arms. Tae Bo, or any dance cardio that uses arms is difficult. And it has been too cold to walk.
So now what do I do? I can do the Tae Bo and stuff with modified arms for now, but I'm really bummed I cand lift the weights properly. This is a staple to my weight loss. I fear I'll never lose. Any suggestions?
