pain and funny feelings

hi ive been lifting weights for about 2 weeks now, but i had been using some other machine for workout

my routine rite now is
bench press 50lb 3x10
barbell curl 40lb 3 x 10
tricep extension 30lb 3 x 10
barbell reverse grip curls 45lb 1 x 8
milatary press 45lb 1 x 10
INCLINED dumbell fly 30lb 3 x 10

THE THING IS I DONT HAVE A BENCH SO I USE THIS MACHINE AS A SOURCE OF INCLINED AND DECLINE BENCH.

i also perform bench press on it but its not horizontal to the ground its like 30 degrees away from horizontal

PROBLEMS
the problem ive been having is that i have this funny feeling as if someone is poking me in my shoulder blades and around the lower spine area and i have got pain in my right knee.

i wanted to know if i was doing something wrong or is this normal.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR READING MY CRAP :d

ummm I would say not normal and why I'm not sure.. your knee is bugging you ?? what are you doing for lower body workout or are you just doing upper body?? Your form may be off and this is taxing your lower spine which in turn can cause a slight irriation to the lower extermities even unilaterailly bc of the way the dermatones run out from the spine.. Sounds like some kind of twisting motion may have caused it like- if your form is spot on it could be the way your picking up the weights before you lift.. use proper body mechanics and there should be no problem.

jenn i dont do any lower body work im jus working on upper body for now
my knee pain comes and goes and its just about noticable.
can u also give me a website which teaches u how to lift weights off the ground without causing injuries i searched everywhere couldnt find it

but u know the machine i use for bench that isnt causing any problems is it?

thanks

T think that machine is less than idea..to lift the weights up you should place them one on each side of the bench then sit down (try to place it so the weight are just in front of your feet, then lean down and pick up the weights in a straight line , don't twist your body, then set the weights on your thighs and lean back on the bench. just try to keep your body from rotating at all.that rotation or twist puts stress on the spine..

but the thing is i lay one side on my bed and the other side my bro holds for me then i lift it up
is that still bad ?
