SO, if any of you have heard of P90X and have wondered whether or not it works, you can always check into my diary and find out. Well, my start date is tomorrow, and as indicated, I will be excercising via the P90X work out schedule daily for the next 90 days. I will post my before pictures and measurements tonight, and will record my progress daily during these 90 days.

Chest: 32.7 Inches
Waist: 28 Inches
Hips: 32.7 Inches
and Here is my workout schedule for the next 3 weeks:
Day 1: Core Synergetics
Day 2: Cardio X
Day 3: Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
Day 4: Yoga X
Day 5: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X

My boyf is doing this at the moment to get ripped, he's on week 3 and just watching hm makes me tired.
! The second time around and as I progress further I know that P90X will be one of my favorite work out programs, I also like it alot because It's very structured in terms of the exercise layouts (I like to know exactly which ones I'm supposed to do on which days in order for my muscles to develope in accordance to which program I choose, I'm on the lean program, but I dont follow the nutrition plan too accordingly I just eat with common sense and leave out all the bad stuff.. anyways NEED WATER AND A SHOWER! LOL
lol). My resistance band FINALLY came in yesterday, so now I'm ready for the arms and back workout and the pull up bar work outs.
