I've had a few friends do the system and they all had wonderful results when it came to toning up that last 5 - 10 lbs. Since we all know that those are the hardest, it makes sense that it would take a rigorous 90 day program to get the results. Good Luck!

I'm using it as my main form of exercise right now. I just started Phase 3 this week and am really enjoying it. I can't wait to finish it...so I can start it again! :)

Day 1: Core synergetics

OH GOD, what a workout! I felt great afterwards because I actually completed the whole workout but man did I sweat it out! Its a good thing I'm taking multi-vitamins because I definitely do not get enough nutrients for this! My muscles are a little sore after today but not bad at all, more like a refreshing burn (which I love after working out). Well, Day 1 not bad at all ! :)

:seeya:My boyf is doing this at the moment to get ripped, he's on week 3 and just watching hm makes me tired.
Great job - keep on going !!!!

Day 3: Cardio x

WOW, yesterdays work out wasn't too bad, but when I woke up this morning I was actually pretty sore. However, I did the Cardio X workout and it was actually kind of fun! Hard, but fun! I have a feeling this program is really going to tone me up well considering my body's reactions already, plus I'm eating properly and taking multi-vitamins so I should be a little less sore in a few weeks. :)

Day 3: Shoulders & arms, ab ripperx

DAY 3: Shoulders & Arms.

I can say that after my cardio work out yesterday, I'm feeling less sore my muscles are slowly rebuilding ( I assume ) . I can sort of see myself getting slimmer, I know its lame to say that in only such a short amount of time, however, I spent ALL day walking yesterday as well (since this is a small town, thats how everyone really gets around anyways). Today's Shoulders & Arms workout was not effective, as, I am waiting for the resistance band I ordered to come in and the only dumbbells I had were super light although I believe that even a light weight is better than none at all right :). I'm also waiting for my yoga kit to come in any day now. Anyways, I still have my Ab RipperX workout ahead of me today so I will post later.

PS. I feel amazing! :)

Ab RipperX

WOW... that was hard, I guess because I just felt lazy, but I did it anyways. I gotta say that, even though I'm doing the exercises everyday, I still gotta kick my eating habbits (the good ones) into gear, because, I was a little naughty today! I had some cheesecake, although it was homemade, with cottage cheese and naturally sweetened with raisins, but then again I also ate alot, although once again all heatlhy stuff. I just have to learn how to portion everything out, and keep track of how much I am eating.

Anyways, looking forward to YogaX tomorrow :)

Day 4: Yogax

I am SO tired! YogaX was an extremely challenging workout for me because of the fact that I am not flexiblse what so ever. Although I must say that the balance poses part of the workout were calm and soothing and I found this part of the workout to be much easier for me than the first. For me the video felt a little long (it's an hour and a half) so I guess its perfect for someone like me that has all the time in the world. All in all I thought this was a very effective workout to help build strength and stamina. I will DEFINITLEY feel this tomorrow ! I'm just very proud that I got through the whole thing without giving up!

DAY 5: Legs & Back, Ab RipperX

Legs & Back.

Well I must say that after that, my legs are definitely sore! The workout also felt like it dragged on even though it was only an hour. I didn't get to do the pull-up part of it though because my resistance band is still not in (trust me there is no store here that sells it, which is awful). I do love working out though so this was great to start off my day since I started at 6am. I will post later once I do my AbRipperX or I may not post anything till tomorrow afternoon depending on whether or not I get internet at my grandmothers house lol. :)

Ab RipperX:
So, first off, I have to say, that today was a brutal day in terms of lowering my calories. I dont think that I ate too many, however it was just that I ate alot of white rice and white bread (which I've heard are bad carbs). Other than that, I have no internet signal here (which is also brutal), and I walked atleast 45 minutes in a crazy snowstorm, luckily for me, people around here still pick up hitchhickers lol otherwise I would've froze and gotten sick. I did get in both my exercises and am relieved about that. I still have to get used to the AbRipperX exercise because I find it harder to do, truth be told I would much rather do the billy blanks tae bo ab bootcamp workout instead. I'm really excited to try KenpoX tomorrow morning because I heard it was sort of like Tae Bo which is one of my personal favorites! :). Also, I have to walk atleast an hour and a half tomorrow morning to get to the bus stop that goes back home, so I'm excited for that too because I do so love winter, not the cold but chilliness, and I LOVE walking, hurray!

DAY 6: KenpoX

KenpoX:

This is what I call a workout!! :) It seemed more like cardio to me than the actual CardioX workout did, but I loved it because it was also quite similar to Tae Bo (Which I still prefer over this one), and I definitely sweat my brains out, lol!! I'm feeling alot more energized this week, I walk everyday for atleast an hour, however, I still think I need to eat a bit better, its not like I eat prepackaged sweets but its just like my grandmas cheesecake gets me everytime (cottage cheese and barely any sugar) but I feel like its my downfall, and other than that, Its hard cooking everything seperately because everyone makes a big deal out of it and all the food here has alot of fat put into it even if its homemade. So, I just gotta keep my head up and try to watch more of what I eat (even if it kills me lol), and tomorrow I'm definitely not taking a rest because I feel like it will just throw my mentallity off, so I'm going to do the stretchX video. Anyways, Till Tommorrow :)!!

DAY 7: StretchX

Okay, So, it's been a week today that I have started P90X. I decided not to rest today so that my mentality stays in exercise mode, and decided to do the StretchX video. It was really long, but very effective, I loved all the constant stretching (duh). I enjoyed this video because it was relaxing yet still worked all the tense muscles, and like I said it was just simply another exercise video for me to do. I am posting up new pictures from my weeks progress, this week, I am definitely a little more toned (both skin colour and muscle wise lol!), I'm looking forward to the next few weeks as well.

Feel Free to Comment!! :)

Day 8:Core Synergetics

First day of week 2, Just finished Core Synergetics!! I loved it this time around, and I've got to say that once you get into the routine of P90X ITS SO ADDICTIVE! I just love exercising.

Definitely Recommend this Program! :)

Day 9: Cardio X

I have to say, that after doing the CardioX workout for the second time, I also love it, I guess because I wasnt sore this time, I've gotten used to tougher exercise :hurray:! The second time around and as I progress further I know that P90X will be one of my favorite work out programs, I also like it alot because It's very structured in terms of the exercise layouts (I like to know exactly which ones I'm supposed to do on which days in order for my muscles to develope in accordance to which program I choose, I'm on the lean program, but I dont follow the nutrition plan too accordingly I just eat with common sense and leave out all the bad stuff.. anyways NEED WATER AND A SHOWER! LOL
:)

Day 10: Shoulders & Arms, Ab RipperX

Shoulders and Arms exercise wasn't too bad however I STILL haven't recieved my resistance band, it was supposed to come today but if not, I'm going to leave my number on the door when I leave so the courrier can call me and let me know. ANYWAYS, I'm going to do the AbRipperX exercise after we watch a movie and I'm REALLY excited to do YogaX tomorrow :)

Day 11; YogaX

After the first week of P90X, I can say the stretching and positis did get much easier and I was able to do more of the video than the first time around. It was still a little long and a little hard, but like I said, a little easier. :hurray:

Day 13; KenpoX

I HATE KenpoX, not because it's a bad work out because its amazing, however, I always seem to get cramps in my sides when I do the Jab/Cross/Hook/Uppercut, I have no problem doing the rest of the video. Wow, I'm definitely sweating, put 110% effort into it today, and I NEED A SHOWER!!

anyways, will post updated pictures tomorrow :)

So, Yesterday, I didn't exactly do my AbRipperX work out because I was just sooooo tired, plus I'm staying at an Aunts house so I don't want to be exercising late at night, so I did my Ab Ripper X work out tonight. Anyways I feel great, I weighed myself and found that I lost like two pounds this week so that made me feel awesome!

looking forward to next weeks progress!!

Day 14: XStretch

okay, so I had a choice of either a rest day, or the XStretch video (which I chose to do) I'm feeling amazing progress and by that I mean that I don't feel sore when I work out and I am able to keep up with all the reps they do on the videos of each exercise. :hurray:

As I said, I will post updated pictures, so here they are fresh from this morning! Feel free to comment :)

Day 15: Core Synergetics

Today I did almost every single rep :) I am proud although I must say it was hard and man did I ever SWEAT. My muscles are still a little sore from last week , but this week I'm still gonna stick with it, my body is slowly sculpting I can see a tiny difference every day (or maybe I'm just crazy who knows :chillpill: lol). My resistance band FINALLY came in yesterday, so now I'm ready for the arms and back workout and the pull up bar work outs.

:waving:
