my story is i have cornary artary diese know for a couple of years .i have two stints . i lift 2-3 times a week and walk 4-5 times im 5'10"250 lbs build fairly strong.my good colestaral is low like 22 i take about all the meds . i can but it doesnt really go up .my dr wants me to lose 20-30 lbs to help this. wants me to try more aerobic style exersize .i ask him about p90x . he does this program . he thinks it would be good ,but i think i work 12 hrs 5 days a week i need sleep. anyone do it 3 days a week instead of 6? any programs you would suggest? any advice would be usefull thanks
