Wasn't sure where to post this But I just wanted to share with you guys my results and success and hope that others will have the same luck!
As many of you know, P90x is a great program created by BeachBody and Tony Horton.
I personally have gone through the program and have significant results: Losing 10 Pounds while GAINING GREAT amounts of muscle, power, and health. I notice that my immune system is much stronger and my daily energy is much higher and I can go much longer without wearing out.
