P90 or Hip Hop Abs?

I'm thinking about trying a workout dvd and have heard decent things about both of these. Have any of you guys tried either? I did a search and didn't find very much info on these particular programs. I just want to throw something in the mix to keep my workouts fresh and different.

Your input is much appreciated!:seeya:

Never heard of either of those. I got a book called the abs diet, it had like a million different abs workouts in. I think it was on of the most thorough diet and workout books i ever bought. :)

well fooie for no one really posting info on this!

I'm gonna try hip hop abs- and of course lock myself in a room so I won't completely embarass myself :)

i've seen advertisements for both. I've actually downloaded the P90X documents and DVD's off of bit torrent to check them out. Couldn't say i found anything different then any other work out.

I was looking into the Hip Hop Abs also, but I think I might go with Turbo Jam. There is just more information out there for Turbo Jam then Hip Hop Abs. P90 seems way too much if you are really just starting out or not 100% sure about the intensity.

P90X and the Other Programs

I just passed day 50 of P90X and am realizing great results. So far I've lost 14 lbs and 6% bodyfat. I'm stronger, more flexible, and more energetic than I have been in a long time. I have not posted enough here to be allowed to list URLs, but if you e-mail me at the address below, I'll forward you a link to my day 1 and day 43 pics, as well as more information on the program.

I love the prgram so much and have developed so much respect for the Beachbody products that I recently became an Independent BeachBody Coach to help others. All of the programs mentioned in this thread....Hip Hop Abs, Power 90, P90X, etc.. are part of the Beachbody line and I can answer any questions you have or help you select the program that's right for you...I'm happy to help.
