I have gotten my diet squared away. I am getting plenty of protein and burning more calories than I am consuming. I do strength training 3 days a week, cardio 3 days a week, and take 1 day off. On strength training days, I work out everything - abs, chest, arms, back legs. I am getting great results on everything except my abs. I do a total of 7 different abs workouts when I do strength training. Is this too much even if it is spread out between upper abs, lower abs, and obliques? If so, does anyone have an advanced abs workout routine that I can follow?
