i'm a bit overwhelmed with all the things i need to do in order to start getting fit. can anyone help me figure out where to start? here are my goals:
lose 15-20 pounds (aka baby fat) by spring 2010
tone my upper and lower body
the food aspect of this task is taken care of, i'm just so confused with how to start this off.
should i try a detox program to kinda start things off on a clean slate?
what kinda vitamins/supplements should i take?
where can i find an easy to understand workout plan for a newbie?
i've tried to workout before and i succeeded immensely, but that was 5 years ago when i was in my mid twenties. i used to have a high metabolism, i guess i just always hope it comes back to me
, lol. i'm looking to plan, plan and plan this thing out like crazy so that i can really hit the ground running and not give up. would appreciate any suggestions!
