I have been gaining a lot of weight i am 14 and turning 15 in 4 or 5 months but i am 160 last time i checked and i'm 5'3 i have looked at all the lossing weight stuff but i get so lost i was wondering if i eat the same thing every day and go for long walk i will lose weight but i don't think it's that easy so now i have started not eating for 2 or 3 days wich is not doing any good
what do i do how do i lose weight?.....what should i eat everyday?? it is mostly my thighs that are getting big and i don't want to start getting any bigger my stomach is strating to get big too
