Overweight?? Eating Disorder

I have been gaining a lot of weight i am 14 and turning 15 in 4 or 5 months but i am 160 last time i checked and i'm 5'3 i have looked at all the lossing weight stuff but i get so lost i was wondering if i eat the same thing every day and go for long walk i will lose weight but i don't think it's that easy so now i have started not eating for 2 or 3 days wich is not doing any good :confused: what do i do how do i lose weight?.....what should i eat everyday?? it is mostly my thighs that are getting big and i don't want to start getting any bigger my stomach is strating to get big too

something like this???:

Breakfast...
Protien bar, glass of milk

Lunch....
Glass of milk, Penutbutter and jelly sandwich

Dinner.....
Salad with Chicken

Starving yourself IS NOT a good way of losing weight, I brings on all sorts of health issues etc etc. I wouldn't be eating too many peanut butter and jelly sandwichs either, there isn't a great deal of goodness in them although they do taste nice :D.

Plenty of fruit and veg, don't eat a great deal of fried foods (however don't deprive yourself if you really want some as you will eventually cave in to temptation and binge). Milk is great for you as long is it isn't full fat, semi-skimmed is ok but skimmed is the way forward. Not sure if you drink tea or coffee, if you do swap sugar for splenda. Lots of chicken and tuna fish, also lean beef is good occaisionally however not all the time. Drink plenty of water too (around 2 litres a day if you can, or 8 glasses). Make sure you vary your meals too as if you don't your body adapts and you won't lose weight.

my doctor saying im going under deep water because at the moment i weight 128 pounds and im 5,9 and im not satisfied with my body i want to be 120 but the doctor says if i go under 126 pound i will be underweight and can become anoerexic. however i really feel i have to lose weight i feel chubby and fat, i hurt my foot 3 days ago and havnt be able to exercise for 3 days and i feel so guilty for not exercising i barley eat just my meals which are forced upon by my parents they are worried about me. i wanna be thinner, i hate my massive round hips which are 33 inches i want them to be smaller, i hate my boobs i feel there too big, i try not to eat much at meals, although i have never made myself throw up i was tempted. even thou my foots not complety better im still going to go on the treadmill today. i really dont want to become anoerexic however i still have the urge to lose weight.
 
Eating disorders are serious. Don't allow yourself to resort to unhealthy means. Talk with your parents and express your concern about your sudden weight gain. I applaud you for reading through these forums.

The best thing to do is strength train your body 2-3 times per week. That means do 3 sets of 12 reps for your arms, legs, and abs. On the days that you are not strength training, start with a walk. Slowly move to a jog and eventually a run. Hate running? Try riding your bike. Try swimming.

Be sure to rest 1-2 days per week. That means let your body rest from exercise. You body will thank you and reward you for years and years to come.

If you feel yourself getting into dangerous territory, please talk with a friend/doctor/guardian or a weight loss professional. What you do today will affect you tomorrow and forever more. Not eating will affect your metabolism. It will slow it down. When you don't eat, your body doesn't eat its fat...it eats its muscle first!

Our bodies don't understand that we are 'dieting.' It thinks we are starving. In turn it stores MORE fat for protection. Eating protein and veggies 4-5 times a day is good.
