overtraining question

Hi im a 17 year old and I have a question about overtraining
My current workout I do every other day
I do the following:
Bench press-5 sets of 6
Leg Extension-5 sets of 10
Curls-5 sets of 10
leg Curls-5 sets of 10
Lat Pull down-5 sets of 10
Butterflys-5 sets of 10
Rear Lat pulldown-5 sets of 10
Situps with plate-2 sets of 60


If i were to add the following:
alternate dumbell curl
arnold dumbell press
bent arm dumbell pullover
lunges
dumbell bench
one leg calf raise
side bend
5 sets of 10 each with 25 pounds

if i were to do all of this, everyother day, would I be overtraining, or would i see signifigant results

any help you could offer would be great

You would get better results by dropping all the isolation exercises and doing more compound exercises: squats, deadlifts, etc.

Also your total workout should never exceed 1 hour in duration, so adding more sets and more exercises beyond that point will almost certainly cause overtraining.

Why are you doing these exercises (what are your goals)?
How many consistent years in training do you have under your belt?

Quality over quantity
