Recently my goal has been to increase the size of my arms. I am currently doign a push/pull/rest set-up. To achieve the goal, obviously the muscles I need care about most are the biceps and triceps.
In light of this, on pull days I save bicep curls to the end of my workout and just keep doing sets on dumbells and bar-bells until I can't do any more (usually after about 7 or 8 sets of 8-12 reps). Similarly, on push days I do the over-head tricep extensions last and work them over and over 'till I can't do any more.
My question is, will this actually help make more progress or will it over-work them and somehow hinder progress. Thanks.
