Hey. I have a strange problem..
Am doing cardio twice a day ( treadmill 20+ min each time and some resistance). i have started before 10 days. and this is the first time in my life am doing workout.

Whenever i finish my fitness session, I feel over sweat and over heated..
I can feel the heat coming out from my body. and today i found out that small pimple kind of bubbles on my body..

Am drinking more than 5 lits of water during day :(

What to do with this?

Well ... I'm not sure what the problem is. :)

You're going to feel hot after working out - if you're doing it right. You're going to feel sweaty and warm and maybe even flushed. That's normal.

Now if you're dizzy, nauseous, or if you *stop* sweating, that's a problem.

Otherwise ... what you're feeling is normal.

As for the bumps/pimples, where are they? Arms? Waist? Back? It's possible that you need to just remove your sweaty clothing and wipe down with a cloth after you exercise. Some people get chafed or irritated from the sweat and clothing against their skin.

Thank for your reply Kara..!

The pimples on arms and on chest ( I can say Sweat areas).. as you said.. when i wipe down they are getting removed..

But anything can be done to prevent these bubbles? ( I hv an appointment wid dermatologist 2moro)

Shall I stop workout till I see my doctor?

I wouldn't stop working out. There's no need to. Just be sure to wipe down and/or shower after you work out.
