Outer thighs??

I need tow ork on my outer things, what are some good outer thigh workouts?and how often should I do them?When I say outer thigh i mean where my arm hangs, not the front of my thigh but the side.
 
Ahhh, so your'e talking about burning fat.

You can't target particular areas for fat burn. You just have to continue to lose fat on your whole body and hope eventually your body chooses to liberate fat energy from your thighs. It's based on genetics and hormones - not much you can do other than keep up the cardio.
 
Leg exercises help, bike machines can help, they helped with my thighs. I always had fat thighs but now they're toned nicely, and big. My advice is to start on an inner thigh workout. I use a machine where youput your legs onto a pad, select your weight and press your legs together. It's what i did to start off with. A step up machine is good for the backs of your thighs, so you see what im saying. Just find different ways to do your thighs and you'll be sorted in no time. Good luck
 
adding cardio to your routine is better to get a quicker and better result...try taking step classes!! those helped me ALOT in toning my outer thighs!! i also added squats and lunges..these types of exercises help tone different areas of you leg
