Out of Obesity.... (title added)

Hey guess what guys im not obese anymore im just overweight!! Isn't it soo exciting. :party:



Oo ya this is me and my buddies check it out....
 
moving from obese to overweight was the last big milestone that I hit... and while BMI isn't a totally accurate indicator of health, as it doesn't take into consideration muscle mass -the fact that i wasn't obese anymore - was a biggie... (next milestone up is shooting for a "healthy" weight - just to prove to myself I can... even though "healthy" is d etermined by things other than weight..
 
Congrats! I only have a bit to go myself before the BMI says I'm not obese. Even though I know the BMI calc's aren't 100% accurate, from the looks of my body I know I'm not obese, it will be nice to be out of that range.

Ya I could never get into healthy range on the BMI chart. I would have to lose all my muscle mass....I have been lifting for about 3 years now.
