OUR INBORN/INNATE HUMAN-HEALTH
In The Beginning…Mankind was created equal.
Health is an inherent, biological endowment of each individual.
We are born with innate (inborn) information that communicates silently and constantly, operating the internal functional systems of the human body in an evolutional biological order. We are a physical body of processed health through the genetic heritage from our parents and their parents. Health is not in us, it is us.
All internal systems of the physical body are vital for human growth and survival.
Within these operational systems is a pre-conditioned organization that is formulated long before the development of bones, joints, ligament, muscle and the mind.
The best-known bodily systems are the integument (skin), circulatory, respiratory, nervous, skeletal, muscular, endocrine, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems.
Although all systems have the same purpose, to serve, conserve and preserve a life, they can also be grouped by function.
Some of the major internal tandem functional activities are:
The heart and blood flow are associated throughout with the circulatory system.
The lungs and, breathing are associated to the respiratory system.
The brain, spine and nerves are associated to the nervous system.
The kidney and bladder are associated to the urinary system.
All of these systems work together for a single, unified goal: to generate life.
The “nature” of the human body is to live by the instinctive knowing, to systematically work in harmony through our powerful yet intangible’ life force that manifests into a tangible form for the sake of our continued existence till the time of the organic physical living body ceases to be.
My point here is that from what has just been mentioned, is that we are born with the physical heritage of health - so why is it that we are trying to become healthy when we should be healthy in the present moment of living?
Our internal systems are always working 24 -7 days a week and always ready for overtime, so how is it that we are not living up to this promise of vibrant, peak health?”
so how is it that we are not living through to what it is that our body is giving us?
Why is breathing ever so constant?
Impose your mind’s will and hold your breath, and you deny your body life. So, when we think about what is, we may not be thinking what should be.”
Deny your body life, its health by holding your breath and let your mind impose its will of not allowing the body to breathe, and see for yourself what truly takes place?
Now when we take what it is we “think” to be there is a “gap” in actually being or seeing what things should be.
Take physical exercise.
When the trinity of words ‘mind, body, spirit’ are used, why is it that the ultimate source of the life force is habitually placed last?”
The mind is not always running the show alone nor does the mind lives a life by itself.
Spirit, Body and Mind are the natural order of the human association when changing and improving one’s overall health.
You may not think this way, but this order works in a natural systematic health and exercise energy nurturing process.
One is not just changing their mind about health but rather the life that is bestowed and lives within that body of living life.
