These taste just like reg. fries without the fat and grease of deep fried ones.
I got this recipe from an Oprah show, its how she eats them.....
I wash the potatoes-I don't peel them.
Cut into fry shapes.
Mix an egg white with a fork until fluffy-this just takes a few seconds.
Dip each fry and coat it with the egg white.(I put fry's in a bowl w/egg whites and shake them back and forth as opposed to dipping each one)
Spray a cookie sheet with Pam, place frys in a single layer on the pan.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, take out and spray top of fries with Pam, then turn fries over, and cook for another 10 minutes until the fries are brown. They brown on the bottoms that touch the pan. I put the cookie sheet on the bottom rack, so they brown well.
