Oppinion on my "diet"

Hi all

Posted a simillar thing about a year ago but have adapted it so would like you oppinion.

Without sounding like a time waster, im not into calorie counting, nor do i cut out EVERY single thing that is bad for you (ie: i will have a beer or two or the odd take away) but generally speaking i want a simple and significantly better diet than i have now.

Breakfast: 1 Fruit, Cup of Coffee to go along with one of the following
Grilled bacon sandwich (with wholegrain bread)
Muesli
Scrambled egg on Toast
Just toast and butter

Lunch: 1 Fruit, Water, Handful Nuts, 1 carrot, 1 celery stick (to snack on) along with one of the following:
Grilled chicken, salad sandwich.
Low fat cheese, salad sandwich.
Thin turkey, salad sandwich.

Dinner: 1 Fruit, Water, and one sweet item (steam pudding, biscuit, some icecream etc) along with:
Jacket Potato, Grilled chicken, salad
Grilled lean beef steak, mixed vegetable rice (wholegrain)
(will have both meals twice a week)
One day a week my gf cooks for me. sunday i cook for everyone so normally a home made meatballs and pasta dish, home made sauce etc with a salad.

I will play pool once a week and have a pint when im out.

This along with the Gym 3 times a week (two full cardio work outs and 1 full body and cardio)
Cricket once a fortnight (indoor in winter =)
and possible football once a week (subject to spaces)
Plus i have a manual job.

Any pointers good or bad? thanks
