ok this is my diet jst want to know what everyone thinks and if there are any improvements i should make, or any tips
Breakfast can either be:
Shake - 200 calories
1 egg scambled on a piece of whole meal toast - 185 calories
special K with skim milk - 190 calories
Morining snack I usually skip but it can be friut and yougurt - 150 calories
Lunch can be either:
Shake with a side of vegies - 280 calrories
1 egg scambled on a piece of whole meal toast with a side of vegies - 265 calories
Salad sandwhich - 360 calories
afternoon snack i sometimes skip as i don't need but it is he same as morning, somethimes i skip the morning one as well.
dinner can be:
spagetti bol
steak and veg
chick with honey mustard sause with rice
beaf strog
etc
I have cut down the portion size and allow up to 650 calories
(unsure of the calories)
my usual average calories are pe day no including dinner is roughly 680 calories and incuding dinner it's 1330 calories plus i burn a minimum of 360 calories so that equals 970 calories
