I would add somthing more for lat's (wide grip cable pull downs) and some hyperextentions cause you have all the abs days otherwise it looks ok.

Thanks for the responses.

My goals are purley to gain muscle mass over the next few months without gaining to much fat.

A few quick q's:

1) When introducing hyperextensions do you think it would be best to do these in the morning when I do my abs?

2) Also will bent leg deadlifts not cover the lower back development?

3) How many sets should I do for abs - i.e. would:
weighted leg raises 3x8
weighted overhead cable crunch (with rope) 3x8
be enough per day?

Thanks again for the advice it is appreciated.

1:hyper-extension in the morning is just fine.
2:bent leg deadlifts will stilll develop the lower back yes.
3: I would go for weighted hanging leg raises and weighted Incline crunches/ twisting cruches (for obliques) so mix the crunches and twisting crunch days
sets of 3-4 / reps 6-8 are just fine. some people are better off doing abs once a week, this way you can also use the gym equipment, raising your legs on the couch will work too for house, which ever it's no biggie.
