Opinions on my routine

I know you guys get a million of these threads a day, and I HAVE done research, I just found so many different things in so many different places...anyway...

Lately I've realized I may be far more clueless than I thought. Right now I weigh 167, I'm 5'10", not sure of body fat (I'm not the leanest person in the world, but I'm pretty lean). I'd like to try to get to around 180-185 and stay there and be pretty lean. Here's what I do right now...

All excercises are 3 sets of 12 reps

Day 1:
Legs - Quads (3 excercises), Calves (2 excercise), Hamstrings (2 excercise)

Day 2:
Chest - Flat (2 flat excercises and 2 inclined excercises)

Day 3:
Back - Row (3 different types of excercises), Pulldown (1 excercise)
Shoulders (Can't do much, I have some shoulder problems) - Military press (either dumbell or bar - 1 excercise), Front or side lat raises (1 excercise)

Day 4:
Biceps - (3 excercises)
Triceps - (3 excercises)

I get the feeling I might be overworking myself. Opinions? I've considered changing to 5X5 instead of 3X12 and cutting out a few excercises, or sticking with 3X12 and cutting a few out maybe?

You should probably post the actual exercises you do in more detail so that the balance of the program can be looked at for muscle portions etc.
