I need some opinions, my roomate has been following this workout posted on a website by "CROSSFIT".
You all can check it out at I just want to get everyones opinion of the workouts they prescribe. Generally speaking, it is a 3 on 2 off workout schedule. A daily workout is posted with the exercises to be done for that particular day.
It piqued my interest tremendously, he likes doing it, but feels he is losing over all size.
Take a look at it and let me know what you think, i'm really quite interested in hearing everyone's thoughts.
