Opinions on crossfit

Ok Guys,

I need some opinions, my roomate has been following this workout posted on a website by "CROSSFIT".

You all can check it out at I just want to get everyones opinion of the workouts they prescribe. Generally speaking, it is a 3 on 2 off workout schedule. A daily workout is posted with the exercises to be done for that particular day.

It piqued my interest tremendously, he likes doing it, but feels he is losing over all size.

Take a look at it and let me know what you think, i'm really quite interested in hearing everyone's thoughts.

Read over there a few times. THey have a nice niche. Don't know how practical it is for every client, but seems effective.

Hmmm....where exactly do you train clients Adler? You stated in another thread that you always trained your clients in a certrain manner. Where?

Thanks for you input...how do you feel about it's overall benefits. My roomate is a shorter guy, but very muscular.

He is concerned about losing overall muscle quality and size, in your opinion, is crossfit adequate to maintain/grow muscle?
