Opinions on Apple Cider vinegar and body cleanses

Just wondering whos tried what, and what suggestions or Ideas about these 2 things, Organic apple cider vinegar, and body cleanses .:)
 
I tried cleanses before and have heard mixed opinions about them. However I lean towards the natural, organic way of living and cleanses are pretty popular. So I tried it. The result = nothing spectacular.

I actually agree more with eating organic, live food (raw) for a period of a week (or more!) to cleanse the system out. Most cleanses involve not eating or fasting or taking a pill of some sort. So my experience is to skip them.

A pretty well known guy just came out with a new "guru fitness" book. Well in it he suggests people detox and cleanse the first week or two. Within a week after the release of his book he sent an email saying something along the lines of "Oh sorry. You don't HAVE to do it. I just thought it would be good..."

More than a few people were upset that he would say that. I suppose anything to make a buck though, right? :eek:

The apple cider vinegar is the same thing to me. A way to avoid the real problem- eating good, fibrous, healthy foods. There is a site (still in development) that has a good little ditty on it-

My personal opinion- eat well, move often and rest enough. :)
