opinions and advice please

hi everyone,

a few months ago i had surgery on my knee and just recently found out it didnt work. i can no longer work out - jog - exercise like i used to be able to due to pain and weakness etc in my leg and i just keep seeing myself gaining more weight. i have got no idea on how to exercise with this "handicap" effectively to promote weight loss. any advice ideas or opinions are more then welcome.
 
Swimming. Or watch what you eat to lose weight.


Do upper body resistance exercises. Look at bands/light resistance bands and look up lower body exercises that you can do while on your back.
