Opinion needed

I've started a workout routine about 3.5-4 weeks ago. I can tell I've gotten stronger, just by what I can lift. I've lost a couple pounds, but I don't see the results I thought I would after a month.
Following is the routine I've been using. I've been doing it as a circuit. One set of twelve down through the list, then a set of 10 and then 8 if I can get through it.
Mon.
Bench, Incline Press, Fly, Back Ext., Arm Lift, Lunges, Glute, 2 different Ab ex.

Wed.
Leg Ext., Leg Curls, Calf Raises, Squats, Lunges, 2 different Ab ex.

Fri.
Shoulder Press, Arm Raise, Tricep Ext, Bicep Curls, Db Kickbacks, Glute, 2 different Ab ex.

I'm out of breathe if I do it as a circuit, so I figured I'm getting some cardo as well. Have I not given it enough time or is there something else I should be doing?
 
If I were going to prescribe a circuit training workout I would probably choose a full body workout MWF.

Something like this:

Squat, Pull Ups, Lunges, Bench Press, Dead Lift, Over Head Press, Abs

Run them like your typical circuit. These are big compound movements that require more energy to complete. Also; try doing 20 - 30 minutes of HIIT on your off lifting days.
